<p>O <strong>Peugeot 308</strong> soma e segue. Há quatro anos que é um dos carros mais vendidos em Portugal do seu segmento e tem tudo para continuar assim. Ou quase tudo… porque com a chegada da versão 2026 tudo melhorou, menos o preço.</p>

<p>Parte da responsabilidade por este aumento de preço está escondido debaixo do capô. Todos os motores eletrificaram-se. Até o novo motor 1.2 Turbo, que agora é <em>mild-hybrid</em> 48 V — ou seja, é um motor 100% a gasolina que tem um pequeno «empurrão» de um motor elétrico para diminuir consumos e emissões.</p>
<p>Uma eletrificação que, somada à caixa automática, fez o preço deste modelo aumentar de forma substancial. Como explicamos neste vídeo, há outros motivos para este aumento. Alguns deles, nós conhecemos muito bem:</p>

<p>Com estas mudanças, o Peugeot 308 ficou melhor, é um facto. O que ajuda a compensar em parte o incremento de preço. </p>
<p>Neste primeiro teste, vamos concentrar-nos precisamente nesta versão 1.2 Turbo <em>mild-hybrid</em> que será, potencialmente, a mais vendida em Portugal. As versões 100% elétricas e híbridas <em>plug-in</em> ficarão para outra oportunidade. Carro ou carrinha? A decisão é sua.</p>

<p>Não será difícil distinguir o Peugeot 308 2026 do anterior: a frente é totalmente nova. A iluminação assume uma configuração bipartida, a assinatura luminosa passa a estar no topo e estende-se a toda a largura e até o logótipo passa a ser retroiluminado.</p>

<p>De resto, apenas as jantes mudaram e, no caso da versão GT que testei, são de 18″ envolvidas por pneus de baixo perfil — receei que o conforto fosse prejudicado, mas não foi.</p>

<p>No interior do Peugeot 308 as diferenças são mais subtis. O i-Cockpit continua a dominar e a dividir… opiniões. Quanto a mim, convence-me desde o início, mas reconheço que nem todos se adaptem a esta opção invulgar.</p>
<p>De resto, continua a ser aquilo que já era: um dos modelos mais sólidos e bem construídos do segmento, com materiais rigorosos, espaço abundante — para pessoas e bagagens —, e uma das ofertas mais completas no equipamento de série.</p>

<h2>Mudanças que não se vêem</h2>
<p>Houve mais mudanças no Peugeot 308 2026, mas não se vêem e residem debaixo do capô. Todas as motorizações são agora eletrificadas — parcialmente e totalmente —, mas o destaque tem de ir para unidade que conduzi no vídeo acima: o Hybrid de 145 cv.</p>
<p>É a motorização de acesso — ao contrário do que o nome sugere é um <em>mild-hybrid</em> 48 V —, e deverá ser a mais escolhida pelos portugueses. Trata-se de um motor a gasolina 1.2 Turbo, mas não há que recear: não é o Puretech. Logo, não há correia banhada a óleo, mas passa a haver uma corrente de distribuição — uma mudança importante até para a paz de espírito de quem compra.</p>

<p>Entrega 145 cv, conseguidos com o auxílio de um pequeno motor elétrico com 29 cv e 50 Nm. Não parece muito, mas ajuda a cortar as emissões em 17 g/km e os consumos em quase um litro por cada 100 km. Ganhos que podem ser ainda maiores em cidade, onde até 50% das deslocações são suportadas apenas pelo motor elétrico. </p>

<p>Em estrada, o renovado Peugeot 308 continua igual a si mesmo: previsível, sólido, estável, confortável e suficientemente dinâmico, sobretudo nesta versão GT, a de topo. Para isso, muito contribuem as jantes de 18″ envolvidas por pneus de baixo perfil, mas que continuam a providenciar um bom conforto para a família. Afinal, este modelo «formou-se» na escola francesa.</p>

<p>O Hybrid 145 pode ser a motorização menos potente da gama, mas nunca senti falta de motor, apesar de à minha frente estar apenas um pequeno 1.2 Turbo. Não vai ganhar nenhuma corrida de semáforos, mas cumpre com eficácia a sua missão, mesmo quando enchemos o carro de pessoas e bagagens. </p>
<p>A agradabilidade de uso do novo motor também é superior ao que havia antes e o conforto de uso da caixa automática de dupla embraiagem — a única disponível — é parte responsável disso.</p>
<p>Só não consegui averiguar neste primeiro contacto em estradas portuguesas os consumos — vamos ter de esperar por um teste mais prolongado. A marca anuncia apenas 5,0 l/100 km em ciclo combinado WLTP (para a 308 SW), um valor muito bom que gostaria de colocar à prova.</p>

<h2>Está mais caro, mas há razões para isso</h2>
<p>O Peugeot 308 2026 não parece ter mudado muito, mas mudou bastante no que não se vê, e que se sente, sobretudo, na carteira: o preço subiu de forma significativa. A versão de entrada passa a custar mais de 6000 euros em relação à do antecessor, com o preço a arrancar nos <strong>33 535 euros</strong> (Hybrid 145 Style).</p>

<p>Exagerado? Talvez. Mas a versão de entrada já não é o que era: para trás ficou uma motorização puramente a combustão com caixa manual, para agora termos uma motorização eletrificada (<em>mild-hybrid</em>) associada em exclusivo a uma caixa de dupla embraiagem. Só aqui estão milhares de euros a mais. </p>
<p>Também oferece mais equipamento de série, seja de conforto ou tecnológico, por a gama agora começar no nível Style e não no anterior Active, que desaparece. E nem a redução das emissões em 15%, que mitigam o impacto da anacrónica fiscalidade automóvel portuguesa, conseguiram encurtar a distância de preço.</p>

<p>No caso da versão GT que testei, o nível mais alto de equipamento, o preço aproxima-se perigosamente dos 40 mil euros. É muito elevado, mas não deixa praticamente nada na lista de opcionais. </p>
<p>Para as empresas e ENI (empresários em nome individual) fará mais sentido optar pelo 308 Plug-in Hybrid 195 (até 85 km de autonomia) ou o E-308 (até 450 km), que são ainda mais caros, mas têm vários benefícios fiscais, como a dedução do IVA no caso do elétrico. </p>

Uma agradabilidade que teve um senão: um aumento de preço que a marca tentou compensar com um incremento do equipamento de série. Não fosse este aumento de preço e a avaliação do 308 poderia ser ainda melhor. Não é por acaso que a Peugeot continua a ser há 5 anos consecutivos a marca n.º 1 em Portugal.</div>
