Pressing the accelerator sends the large body gliding forward with ease, revealing formidable strength beneath its composed ride quality. With a maximum output of 544 horsepower, or 400 kW, the car sprints from a standstill to 100 kilometers per hour in just 3.8 seconds. It is the fastest production vehicle Polestar has ever developed.

With the press of a button, drivers can adjust the transparency of the roof, reducing glare during daytime driving and blocking 99.5 percent of ultraviolet rays. Thanks to a long wheelbase measuring 2,999 millimeters, the cabin provides ample space even for adult male passengers. The bold design choice of eliminating the rear window contributes to generous headroom in the second row. The trunk is spacious enough to comfortably fit two golf bags.

The 2026 Polestar 4 is priced at approximately $49,560 for the long-range single-motor version and about $53,260 for the long-range dual-motor version, the same as before. The price of the Nappa leather option, favored by Korean consumers, has been reduced from about $4,070 to roughly $3,330, a decrease of around $740.

The Pilot Pack, which includes driver assistance features such as Pilot Assist, remains standard on the 2026 model as well. Cumulative sales of the Polestar 4 through November this year reached 2,538 units, marking a sharp increase of 550 percent compared to the previous year.
